These terms and conditions “Terms”
These terms govern your use of The Manufacturer Community.
Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use The Manufacturer Community. If you have any queries please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org

Posting content on The Manufacturer Community
(i) Content you post to The Manufacturer Community must comply with our Acceptable use policy.
(ii) Where a user posts content which breaches our Terms and/or Acceptable use policy, we may take the necessary action to prevent the user from accessing the Community.
(iii) Original content posted by users on the Community remains the copyright of the user but for the benefit of The Manufacturer Community and in line with our aim of helping manufacturing businesses improve their operations we would seek to highlight and share content that we deem would be useful for other Community members to be made aware of.
(iv) If you feel any content violates our guidelines and/or our terms and conditions please report this to the Community Manager Team on email@example.com with the subject title ‘content violation’.
(v) As a professional network users are asked to act professionally at all time especially when posting content to the Community.
The Manufacturer Community ownership
The Manufacturer Community is owned and operated by The Manufacturer / Hennik Group Limited, a company registered in England under company number 09298005 with a registered office address at Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1M 7AD.
Use of The Manufacturer Community
The Manufacturer Community is provided to you for your personal use subject to these Terms. By using The Manufacturer Community you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Prior to them being made any changes will be notified to you by email or via a suitable announcement on The Manufacturer Community.
If you continue to use The Manufacturer Community after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of The Manufacturer Community indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.
The Manufacturer Community is provided as a service to manufacturers and those interested in manufacturing in the UK. Whilst the Community is monitored by a Community Management Team we are not liable for content posted on The Manufacturer Community by its members, but we assure that any content that does not meet our terms shall be removed as quickly as possible.
Users should use their own discretion when advice is given on the Community.
We are not liable for any third-party content members of the community may share. Members are advised to take with caution any links to third party content.
Availability of The Manufacturer Community
Whilst we strive to provide users with the best possible service there may at times be periods outside of our control when the Community becomes unavailable, such as, a Network outage. If these eventualities occur we will put out notices informing Community members of how long we expect the service to be disrupted.
All trademarks, notices and content uploaded by The Manufacturer to The Manufacturer Community is protected by copyright laws in the UK.
Your Personal Details
When you sign up to The Manufacturer Community you will enter details such as username and password. We ask all users to keep your passwords safe and not to share these details with anyone else.
Computer Misuse Act 1990
No user or guest is allowed to introduce software which may cause The Manufacturer Community to seize to function. This includes any attempt to steal data. Any such breach or attempt to attack the infrastructure of The Manufacturer Community will be reported to the relevant legal authority.
The Manufacturer Community may contain advertising or sponsorship by third parties.
The parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
